Beautiful, isn’t it? This is the machinery room of MS NEPTUN, our freshly renovated boat. We are so proud about the high-quality renovation here. All machines have been totally renovated (!) and not in a very brand-new condition. Modified and updated electrical system, electronics for machines, many-many new security devices make our vessel safe and comfortable. We had the best engineering to make this long and difficult process or renovation. With two main MWM diesel engines with double Schottel propulsion the vessel is safe and comfortable for navigation. A small and a big auxiliary engine do in total 96 kW electrical energy for all the equipment where 400 V or 230 V is necessary. Three smaller generators are doing the necessary 24 V energy for navigational and safe equipment, combined with double battery packs. We love to work in this machinery room 😊
