Update regarding the special conditions on Danube
Thanks to the heroic work of our colleagues at the different naval companies and authorities the navigational routes and conditions in Budapest are back to normal.
We are operating as usual. We have many thanks also for the patience of our customers!

UPDATE: 3 JUNE 2019 12:00 CET – some of the boat cruises might be subject to cancellation, though we try to keep up our operation. Our navigational route is affected by the incident and we can’t sail the usual route, the sailed route takes longer and due to the new regulations implied by the authorities the duration of the cruise takes 50-100% more, no estimates of arrival time. Therefore delays (even significant delays) might occur in our schedule, though we try to keep it normal as much as possible. Please respect the original departure time and wait for the boat to arrive.
Please note that our boats were not involved in the accident. Safety is always first in our operation.

Our navigational route is affected by the incident and we can’t sail the usual route, the sailed route takes longer time and due to the new regulations of the authorities the time of the cruise takes 50-100% more, no estimates of arrival time.
Please note that our boats were not involved in the accident, we follow safety first operation method.

UPDATE: 31 MAY 2019 16:00 CET – all our boat trips for today are cancelled. Our navigational route is affected by the incident and we can’t sail the usual route. All passengers who had tickets for today were notified and refund is processed.

UPDATE: 30 MAY 2019 13:00 CET – all our boat trips of today has been cancelled. Our navigational route is affected by the incident and we can’t sail the usual route. All passengers who had tickets for today were announced and refunded.

We have not yet information about next days cruises but we’ll inform all passengers in time. Thank you for your understanding.

Due the many information inquiries received we inform you about the boat incident happened on the late evening of 29 May, 2019. All our passengers were safe, our company’s boats were not affected in this accident!
The sightseeing boat ‘Hableany’ (owned and operated by another company) did collision with a cruising boat. After collision the boat ‘Hableany’ sunk. Authorities started the rescue operations immediately and these operations are still in process in the late night.
Due the information what we have the collision was not related with any weather conditions.
We are deeply saddened about the loss of the affected families. All our heartfelt sympathy for their loss during this difficult time.
Rescue teams did find the sunk boat at 1 AM, 30 May 2019 at just 20 meters near the Margaret bridge. The location is affecting the navigational route of the boats.
We don’t have yet any information about how long will affect the sailing in the city but we’ll inform one-by-one all the affected passengers in case of cancellations.
