Your voucher/ticket is your booking confirmation. We do never reconfirm that. As long as you haven’t received a written cancellation notice, your cruise is on. We will not reply on such questions or emails.

The boat rental is based on hour(s). You can rent it for one hour or multiple, nothing limits you from booking multiple timeslots following each other.
When do I need to pay the boat rental?
You need to pay the boat rental when the order is made. The acceptance of the order is only possible with rentals fully paid up.
Is the rental private?
Naturally, only the crew + your guests on-board.
I need an invoice on the bar consumption
Naturally it is possible, however takes time, therefore you need to ask it well in advance. For the invoice you need to provide all the invoicing details to our bar crew. Should you provide an email address, then the invoice will be electronic, otherwise printed on a heatpaper.
Our colleagues will reply within a business day usually. No offers will be made on standard products, like private boat or Stag or Hen Party Cruise.
